Responsibilities

• Support solicitors across a busy residential conveyancing caseload
• Assist with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Liaise with clients, solicitors and third parties
• Prepare legal documentation and maintain case records
• Carry out searches and respond to clients' enquiries
• Support files through to completion
• Provide a high level of client service throughout the conveyancing process
