A1 Personnel in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy residential property team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling sales and purchases with a client-focused approach.

You will work within a team, providing professional, efficient service to clients and liaising with estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience managing a conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and sales/purchases involvement.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with ability to prioritise deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from initial instruction through post-completion.
• Handle residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion.
• Prepare and review contracts and conveyancing documents.
• Raise and respond to enquiries.
• Review searches, title documents and property information.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Keep clients updated with clear, practical advice throughout the transaction.
• Manage exchange and completion processes.
• Deal with post-completion matters, including registrations and documentation submission.
• Ensure files are maintained accurately and in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
