Active Assistance is seeking compassionate care workers to support a young client with complex health needs at their family home in Leigh-on-Sea overnight. This is a 12-hour waking night shift with options for 2 or 3 nights per week, depending on rota.

Full specialist training will be provided, with ongoing support from a clinical and leadership team. A zero-hours contract offers flexible, ongoing work.

Responsabilidades

• Stay awake overnight to support the client with all their needs.
• Support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team with regular weekly shifts and rotas.
