Job summary

Active Assistance is seeking a dedicated overnight carer for a young boy with complex health needs in Hook. You will stay awake from 10pm to 7am on Mondays and Tuesdays, monitoring his clinical equipment and providing compassionate support in his family home.

Full specialist training is provided, and the role offers flex Sundays with a stable weekly rota. You’ll be part of a supportive care team backed by a leading clinical and business group.

Qualifications

• Support a young boy with complex health needs in his family home overnight.
• Must stay awake overnight to monitor medical equipment.
• Full specialist training provided.
• Equality Act 2010: female applicants only due to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Overnight support for one child with complex needs (tracheostomy and gastrostomy).
• Monitor and manage clinical equipment during night shifts.
• Work as part of a consistent care team with planned rotas.
