Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated overnight care professional to support a teenage girl with complex health needs in her family home in Lincolnshire. The role requires staying awake during the night (11pm–8am) to assist with personal care, mobility, and management of clinical equipment, alongside another support worker.

Full specialist training provided. You will join a stable care team, with regular rotas and ongoing support from a Care Manager.

Qualifications

• Overnight care experience preferred
• Comfort with caring for a non-verbal individual
• Ability to work with complex health needs

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight personal care and daily living support
• Monitor client health and safety during night shifts
• Assist with moving and handling and equipment management
• Work with another support worker as part of a team
• Complete required training and shadow shifts
