Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking carers for waking nights to support a 13-year-old girl with complex clinical health needs in her family home in Romford. The role requires staying awake from 9pm to 7am, 2–3 nights a week, with full specialist training provided.

Flexibility for weekdays and weekends is required, with zero-hours contract. The client uses a ventilator during sleep; training and ongoing support will be provided by the Care Manager and senior staff.

Qualifications

• Female applicants only due to genuine occupational requirement.
• Previous experience working waking night shifts.

• Monitor and manage clinical equipment overnight.
• Support a 13-year-old client with complex health needs in her family home.
• Be awake during waking nights (9pm–7am) and follow care plans.
