Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker in Elgin to provide overnight care, ensuring safety and comfort for individuals in their own homes. You will work a 3 on 3 off rota, 35 hours per week, earning £13.45 per hour and joining a compassionate team.

No two nights are the same; duties include personal care, monitoring wellbeing, recording notes, supporting independence, and responding to emergencies. PVG check required; comprehensive training and career development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support including personal care where needed.
• Monitor wellbeing and maintain a safe, calm environment.
• Record accurate notes and carry out regular checks.
• Administer medications per support plans where applicable.

• Support individuals to maintain independence and dignity.
