Job summary

Real Life Options is looking for a Waking Night Support Worker in Elgin to provide overnight care across a 3 on/3 off rota. 35 hours per week, paid at £13.45 per hour, with full training and a supportive team behind you.

You will monitor wellbeing, assist with personal care where needed, and help keep clients safe and comfortable through the night. PVG check is required; a clear career pathway is offered.

What Your Night Will Look Like

No two nights are the same, but your role will include:

  • Providing overnight support, including personal care where required
  • Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring a safe, calm environment
  • Administering medication in line with support plans
  • Completing regular checks and accurate record-keeping
  • Responding to any needs or emergencies with confidence and care
  • Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and dignity

You’ll work independently during the night, with the reassurance of being part of a wider, supportive team.

Important Information

This role is Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. A PVG check is required.
