Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker at Longcroft Care Home to provide overnight care and reassurance. This role is 36 hours per week, paying £13.45 per hour, with a rota that includes alternate weekends. Training and development are offered to help you grow in the role.

As part of a compassionate team, you’ll deliver high-quality care, monitor wellbeing, and respond to emergencies throughout the night, ensuring residents feel safe and respected at all times.

• Reliable and able to work independently overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support including personal care when required.
• Monitor wellbeing and maintain a safe, calm environment.
• Administer medication as per support plans.
• Complete regular checks and keep accurate records.
• Respond to emergencies with confidence and care.
• Support individuals to maintain independence and dignity.
