Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited – Heyford Hill Store, Oxford – is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager on the night shift. You will lead an overnight team to deliver replenishment, organise the warehouse, and replenish shelves, ensuring smooth operations.

You will manage performance and scheduling, uphold safety and wellbeing of colleagues, and strive to meet KPIs such as availability and customer service. The role offers full-time hours with a £4,500 night shift premium on top of base salary.

Qualifications

• Overnight team leadership to deliver replenishment and organise store operations.
• Experience in line management and performance coaching.
• Ability to maintain safety and wellbeing of colleagues during night shifts.
• Proven track record of delivering KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store and prioritise deliveries.
• Often, you get to run a full store operation on your own overnight being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store
• Making sure that standards are brilliant come morning so we’re ready to serve our customers
• People management is a big part of the role, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
