Sainsbury's Limited in Didcot is seeking an overnight Customer and Trading Manager to lead the nightshift and ensure seamless replenishment, safety and store standards. You will manage a team, drive performance, and coordinate outbound and in-store tasks across the night, preparing for the morning shift.

This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary £31,700 with a £4,500 premium, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Experience leading a nightshift and managing overnight store operations.
• Ability to coach teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a nightshift team to deliver all replenishment activities across the store.
• Run full store operations during night hours and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Maintain high standards so the store is ready to open in the morning.
• Manage scheduling, performance, and disciplinary matters as required.
