Responsibilities

• Audit all daily revenue and postings, adjusting for reporting accuracy.
• Collate paperwork for departures and forward to Accounts.
• Process management accounts as required.
• Record reservations details for in-house guests: room rates and dates.
• Post room charges and daily room revenue during night shift.
• Prepare and distribute relevant reports; maintain weekly/monthly stats.
• Oversee safety and security during overnight operations.
• Supervise Front Office and other departments as needed.
• Maintain appropriate crew levels; approve departmental rosters.
• Communicate policies and updates to the team.
