Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Nights Guest Service Manager in Salford. You will oversee hotel operations during overnight hours, manage the front desk, and ensure guest satisfaction and safety across night shifts.

You will also support late night bar service, room service, and supervise overnight staff, while collaborating with maintenance and other departments to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overnight hours and adjust to hotel operations.
• Strong leadership to manage overnight staff and tasks.
• Excellent customer service to handle guest requests and issues.
• Clear communication with guests, staff and management.
• Solid understanding of front desk, housekeeping and safety procedures.
