Job summary

ExamWorks Group is seeking a Female Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to provide overnight one-to-one care for a young boy with Global Developmental Delay in Ringwood, Hampshire. The role runs Wed and Thu nights, 8:00pm–8:00am, within the family home.

You will deliver personalised care, monitor CPAP therapy, assist with PEG feeding and medication administration, and ensure safety and dignity throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Overnight care experience preferred in UK care setting.
• Experience with PEG feeding and medication administration beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and develop complex care skills.
• Able to work independently within a small care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support 8:00pm–8:00am on Wed and Thu.
• Assist with PEG feeding and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor CPAP therapy and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Reposition and provide personal care to maintain comfort and dignity.
• Use hoisting equipment safely and follow care plans.
• Report concerns promptly to the care team.
