Innovatecare is hiring a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to deliver exceptional care for a young boy with global developmental delay. This pivotal role involves tasks like peg feeding and personal care, with structured training provided.

The position offers weekly pay, a consistent routine with reliable long-term work, and a supportive team environment, including clinical leads. Candidates must have at least 12 months of care experience in the UK and hold full right to work.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of UK care experience including Bipap machine.
• Experience with complex needs in a homecare setting would be advantageous.
• Car driver with access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and outstanding care to a young boy with global developmental delay.
• Assist with peg feeding, medication, cpap, and personal care.
• Support one client at a time in a stable, long-term role.
