Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young client at his family home in Upper Beeding. You’ll provide overnight care, including gastrostomy feeding, seizure monitoring, and continuous observation to ensure safety and wellbeing.

No prior complex care experience is required as full training and induction are provided; experience with children is preferred.

Qualifications

• Overnight care experience not required; full training provided.
• Experience with children and complex needs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support for a young client in his family home.
• Manage gastrostomy feeding and seizure monitoring.
