City and County Healthcare Group is seeking a kind, patient overnight support worker to assist a child with complex neuromuscular needs in the family home. The role focuses on safety, comfort, and reassurance during the night, with interactive activities and responsive care.

The successful candidate will provide dedicated 1:1 care, support mobility and communication, and assist with personal care. Prior experience with complex needs is advantageous; DBS checks are emphasised as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Overnight support experience is not essential, but caring approach is crucial.
• Experience with complex needs is desirable.
• Familiarity with Makaton or visual prompts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 overnight care.

• Deliver clinical care in the context of complex needs.
