Job summary

ExamWorks Investigation Services Limited in Ringwood, Hampshire is seeking a Female Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for overnight shifts (Wed and Thurs) from 8:00pm to 8:00am to support a young boy with Global Developmental Delay at home.

This permanent role offers a stable, long-term care package with full training provided and a competitive hourly rate. You will work as part of a specialist care team to deliver personalised, one-to-one care, ensuring comfort and safety during the night.

Qualifications

• Recent experience within a UK care setting.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to complete any required training.
• Commitment to delivering person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with PEG feeding and medication administration
• Monitoring and assisting with CPAP therapy
• Repositioning throughout the night to promote comfort and wellbeing
• Using hoisting equipment safely and effectively
• Providing personal care and maintaining dignity at all times
• Following care plans and reporting any concerns appropriately
• Promoting a safe, calm, and supportive environment
