Advantage Healthcare (AGH), part of CCH, is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to provide overnight support to a non-mobile child in their family home in Rochford. You will deliver high-quality personal care, administer medication via PEG, and assist with respiratory care and seizure management.

The role involves working nights (Waking night 10 pm–7 am every 2nd Friday with contingency cover) and requires a caring, animal-friendly approach as there are two pet dogs in the household; full nurse-led

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children in a care setting.
• Overnight care for a non-mobile child in a family home.
• Nurse-led training will be provided.

Responsibilities
