Role Overview

As a Cooking & Cooling Operative, you\'ll play a vital role in managing a key Critical Control Point (CCP) within our production operation. You\'ll be responsible for ensuring meat products are cooked and cooled to specification while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality and operational performance.

Key Duties

• Run the cooking and cooling CCP in line with product specifications
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, quality, quantity and cost control
• Operate and monitor production equipment to achieve throughput targets

  Desirable experience:
  
• Two or more years\' experience within a High Risk food manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of cooking processes and FMCG production operations
• Experience operating production equipment within a manufacturing setting
