Responsibilities

• Work across meat preparation processes including mincing, bowl chopping, forming, packing and palletising
• Follow all company, site and legislative policies, procedures and standards
• Maintain high standards of GMP through a clean-as-you-go approach
• Complete production paperwork accurately and to the required standard
• Set up mixing and bowl chopping equipment correctly and safely
• Maintain species and allergen controls at all times
• Monitor recipe adherence and minimise product giveaway
• Carry out basic asset care activities as required
• Support the delivery of quality, quantity, cost and production targets
• Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments
