We are currently recruiting for the position of Outsourced Finance Manager.

Are you ready to take the reins within a company that sets the standard in the industry? The position would be suitable for individuals currently operating as a Finance Manager or at Assistant Manager or Manager grade within a Business Advisory / Services / Accounts department within a CA firm and are looking for a move away from year-end reporting.

The Role

As a Financial Outsourcing Manager, you will spearhead outsourcing operations, working closely with clients to streamline their financial processes, optimize efficiency, and ensure compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in managing teams, fostering client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives.

Outsourced Finance is a step outside the traditional thought process around accounting in a CA firm – this is not a year-end reporting / stat accounting position.

The multi-faceted nature of this role, combining CFO, Financial Director, and Financial Controller duties, presents an attractive challenge for someone looking to take their 1st step into Industry from a Practice background or an experienced dedicated Outsourcing specialist operating at Assistant Manager grade-ready to take their 1st step into full department Management duties.

The position will oversee a team of qualified accountants taking care of your client's financial needs such as :

• Preparation of forecasts and sensitivity analysis
• Board pack preparations
• Month-end journals
• Management accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Expense reporting
• Treasury and bank operation
• Preparation for audit
• Financial Reporting
• Ledgers

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial outsourcing projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients' financial needs.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging your expertise to enhance their financial operations.
• Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and adapt our services accordingly.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Requirements

• Experience working in a CA firm and managing a portfolio of clients.
• Demonstrated experience in Outsourced Finance, working as a Finance Manager in Industry or Accounts-focused role in Practice, with a proven history of success.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and build client relationships effectively.
