Milestone Support Services, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions UK group, is recruiting Support Workers to provide person-centred care in Gosport, Fareham and surrounding areas. You will support individuals in their own homes and within the community, helping with daily living activities and promoting independence.

Outreach Support Worker - Make a Real Impact!

About The Role

As an Outreach Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence and achieve their goals. Every day is different, and you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of the people we support. You will be supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community.

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Hours: School-friendly hours, evening shifts, weekend work, or a flexible role around other commitments.
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required
