Job summary

Milestone Support Services is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals at home and in the community. This role helps clients maintain independence and achieve goals, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and school-friendly patterns.

Training will be provided, and opportunities for career progression are available. A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential, along with the right to work in the UK.

About the Role

As an Outreach Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence and achieve their goals. Every day is different, and you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of the people we support. You will be supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community.
