Job summary

Milestone Support Services, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions UK group, is recruiting Outreach Support Workers to provide person-centred help in homes and communities, enabling independence and meaningful daily activities in Gosport and Fareham.

You will join a supportive team, receive full training (PBS and complex needs), flexible school-friendly hours including evenings and weekends, and opportunities for progression. A driving licence and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As an Outreach Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence and achieve their goals. Every day is different, and you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of the people we support. You will be supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community.

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Hours: School-friendly hours, evening shifts, weekend work, or a flexible role around other commitments.
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required
