Job summary

We Are With You in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an Outreach Recovery Worker to provide hands-on, community-based support. You will manage a small active caseload, complete assessments, and offer harm reduction guidance while engaging clients with dignity and respect across the city.

This fixed-term role runs 37.5 hours weekly, includes some Saturday work, and requires a driving licence with access to a vehicle. Salary starts at £26,250 and rises to £30,900 per year. Closing date 18 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice, or similar settings.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
