Spire Healthcare Group is seeking Bank Outpatients Advisors for our Patient Support Centre in Seaham. This zero-hours (bank) contract offers flexible, ad-hoc shifts to cover busy periods, annual leave, and sickness absence.

The role supports outpatient bookings, call handling, and diary management, operating Monday to Friday 8:00am–6:00pm with on-call shifts as needed. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal communication, organisational skills, and experience in a hospital or healthcare

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal communication and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience in a hospital/healthcare setting and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and maintain an efficient bookings system for all outpatients using SAP.
• Manage telephone lines effectively and timely.
• Maintain a diary for outpatient clinics and manage appointments, changes, and cancellations.
• Process patient referral letters and documents, confirming details with patients/consultants.
