Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a attentive Outpatients Receptionist to join the busy Outpatients Service. You will provide reception and clerical support, handling patient information with confidentiality and accuracy.

role requires strong customer service, good communication, and ability to operate hospital IT systems. You will be part of a friendly team, supporting smooth operations across 7 days rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient reception and clerical service for Outpatients.
• Input and extract information from Trust Patient Administrative Systems.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Direct patients and relatives to appropriate areas with courtesy.
• Undertake administration tasks to support smooth service operations.
• Work effectively in a busy team or on own initiative.
