Job summary

Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced systems support specialist to help deliver the Outpatient workload transformation. You will contribute to configuring and supporting the PAS and new eCare EPR as part of the ongoing digital and clinical transformation across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

The role is on site in Cornwall, with training provided and opportunities to work with clinicians and IT colleagues to ensure smooth data migration and reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with NHS Clinical Applications preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line application support for PAS and eCare systems.
• Support Outpatient workload transformation and data migration.
• Configure and maintain system settings in PAS and eCare.
• Provide testing support and guidance to users.
