Job summary

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking one Band 6 Applications Support Analyst to join the IDT Applications Build and Support Team. The role provides high-quality 3rd line support for clinical and non-clinical applications, logging and tracking work, and advising on complex system issues within the Trust.

The post holder will support the development of a new shared EPR domain and engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and effective system

Qualifications

• Significant experience of working in health IT environments.
• Experience with clinical systems and NHS deployments.
• Education: degree level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line application and clinical system support to users.
• Liaise with users, managers and external suppliers to resolve issues.
• Ensure change control processes are followed and documentation kept up to date.
• Manage incidents, problems and requests within IDT and communicate progress.
