South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a friendly receptionist to provide a high quality reception service at outpatient clinics and manage the appointments system, greeting patients and arranging further appointments as instructed by clinical staff.

You will handle a wide range of enquiries face-to-face and by telephone, update patient information on CaMIS, and work as part of a busy, professional team.

Qualifications

• Good numeracy and literacy abilities.
• Excellent customer care and telephone skills.
• Ability to think independently and use initiative.
