Qualifications

• NMC registration is required.
• Experience delivering nursing care in a clinical setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with care plans and protocols.
• Assess patient needs and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate changes using clinical judgement.
• Administer medications safely per clinic policies and the NMC Code.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation for assessments and observations.
• Ensure care complies with NMC standards and clinic policies.

This autumn, we will open our first ambulatory clinic in Southwest London, a major milestone in our mission to bring world-class, accessible healthcare to communities across the UK. Located in the Wimbledon Quarter Shopping Centre in Southwest London, our first UK clinic is a 33,000 sq ft ambulatory Clinic bringing together advanced diagnostics, outpatient services and theatres under one roof. Services include a Private GP, an Express Care minor injuries unit, consultant and treatment rooms, multimodality advanced diagnostic imaging (3T MRI, 1.5T MRI, CT, X-Ray and DEXA), surgical theatres and inpatient ward facilities.

About the role

We are looking to recruit an Outpatient Nurse to join our team, with a competitive salary range on offer depending on experience. You'll deliver skilled, patient-centred nursing care across our outpatient and treatment room services, supporting patients through consultations, procedures and treatment with the highest standards of clinical safety and compassion.

What will the duties include?

• Delivering direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assessing patient needs, prioritising care, and updating care plans accordingly.
• Monitoring vital signs, recognising changes in condition, and escalating appropriately using clinical judgement.
• Administering medications safely and effectively in accordance with Clinic policies and the NMC Code.
• Maintaining accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, care plans, and observations.
• Ensuring that all care provided complies with NMC standards, clinical governance requirements, and Clinic policies.
• Identifying and reporting incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks in line with Clinic procedures.

What we need from you?

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration (required).
• Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting (required).
• Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team (required).
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records, documentation, and care planning (required).
• Previous experience in a relevant specialty desirable (e.g., surgical, medical, outpatient, critical care, outpatients and treatment room) (desirable).
