Job summary

Cromwell Hospital, part of Bupa, is seeking an Outpatient Centre Coordinator to support day-to-day administration and guide the patient journey in our outpatient clinics. You will greet patients, manage registrations, and schedule appointments, while ensuring a smooth, confidential, and welcoming experience for patients, consultants and visitors.

We value strong organisational skills, clear communication, and a patient-first approach, with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, administration, or patient-facing roles.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a busy environment with attention to detail.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Competent IT and data entry skills.
• Flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients and visitors with a professional, welcoming service.
• Manage registrations and maintain accurate patient records.
• Book appointments, follow-ups, and diagnostic tests.
• Process payments and keep financial records.
• Respond to patient enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support clinic administration and scheduling.
• Assist with obtaining and uploading patient results and documentation.
• Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality.
