Qualifications

• Essential Previous experience in a customer service, reception, administration, or patient-facing role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Competent IT and data entry skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming service.
• Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate patient records.
• Book appointments, follow-up consultations, and diagnostic tests.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Respond to patient enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support clinic operations through effective administration and scheduling.
• Assist with obtaining and uploading patient results and documentation.
• Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Contribute to delivering an outstanding patient experience aligned to Bupa values.
