Cromwell Hospital in London is seeking an Orthopaedic Clinic Coordinator to join our administration team. This permanent, full-time role supports patient registration, clinic administration, and billing duties, coordinating outpatient accounts and tests with accuracy.
You will liaise between hospital staff, patients, and consultants, ensuring courteous, efficient service and adherence to department procedures. 37.5 hours weekly, shifts Mon-Fri, occasional Saturdays.
£29,000 to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
Full time 37.5 hours per week (Shifts patterns - Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm with occasional Saturdays)

Under the general guidance of the Primary Care Manager, you'll be responsible for all activities in the clinic. You will be there to provide a link between Hospital, Patients, Consultant and other users. You'll be coordinating patient registration, preparation of outpatient accounts, receipting payment for hospital services, book follow up appointments and booking further tests including diagnostic requests.
