Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Undertake patrols across the borough on a rota basis, alone or in a team, using a handheld computer to check regulations.
• Issue Penalty Charge Notices in accordance with legislation and council policy.
• Act as the first point of contact for the public, providing guidance on parking matters and general information, in a courteous and professional manner.
