Job summary

Outdoor Owls Ltd in Farnham is seeking a Camp Lead to steer our forest nursery operations. You will guide a passionate team to deliver exceptional outdoor learning experiences, ensuring safety and inclusion for every child.

You’ll monitor progress, collaborate with the leadership team, and build strong partnerships with parents, while aligning with EYFS requirements and our 4-day work week model.

As a Camp Lead at our Farnham setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
