Outdoor Owls Ltd. is recruiting a Camp Lead for our Cobham setting, overseeing a 3-5 year old group in a 4-day working week. You will lead a supportive team, ensuring outstanding outdoor learning experiences in all weathers and aligning activities with EYFS.

Early Years qualifications are desirable, and a range of incentives and development opportunities are offered. The role involves daily operations, leadership across camps, and strong parent engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Cobham camp's daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of activities.
• Support Educators to create a safe, inclusive environment where children can be resilient and curious.
• Observe and document children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor approaches to individual needs in line with EYFS.
• Collaborate with the leadership team and other camps to share best practices and resources.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and lead effective communication with families.

As a Camp Lead at our Cobham setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

This role is for our 3-5 year old camp.

Early Years qualification is desirable.
