Job summary

Outdoor Owls, Ltd. is seeking a Camp Lead at our Farnham setting to lead a passionate team in delivering outdoor learning experiences. The role focuses on daily operational leadership, supervising Educators, and creating a safe, inclusive space where children can thrive.

You will implement EYFS-aligned practices, observe progress with families, and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure strong communication with parents. This is a 4-day week role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Early years qualification desirable.
• Experience leading teams in childcare settings.
• Commitment to implementing the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursery camp daily operations.
• Support Educators to create a safe, inclusive environment.
• Ensure needs of children are met in line with EYFS.
