Outdoor Owls Ltd in Cobham is hiring a Nursery Assistant for a 4-day week with a salary up to £27.5k per year. No Early Years qualification is required, and we provide full training to help you create an exceptional outdoor learning environment where children thrive.

You will facilitate outdoor play in all weather, foster a safe and inclusive space, respond to children's needs, collaborate with colleagues, and build strong partnerships with parents.

4 Day Working Week

As a Nursery Assistant you will be working with our supportive and passionate team creating our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

No Early Years qualification is required, we will provide you with lots of training.
