Outdoor Owls Ltd in Cobham is seeking a Forest School Educator to lead our team in crafting an extraordinary outdoor learning space for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The role focuses on hands-on forest school experiences, weather-ready teaching, and a commitment to safety and inclusion.

You will work within our innovative nursery group, enjoying career growth opportunities, wellbeing support, and training funding to advance your Forest School credentials.

Qualifications

• Forest School qualification essential.
• Experience delivering forest school activities for early years is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a supportive team to create a unique outdoor learning environment.
• Deliver hands-on forest school activities for children daily.
• Ensure activities respond to EYFS guidelines and support safe, inclusive play.

As a Forest School Educator at one our settings you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
