Outdoor Owls Ltd in Guildford is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead our outdoor learning nursery. You will head the team to create an engaging environment where children thrive through forest school-inspired activities.

The role focuses on delivering the EYFS-aligned curriculum, guiding Educators, and partnering with parents while supporting a flexible 4-day week structure with a salary up to £42k per annum.

Qualificações

• Essential Early Years qualification and relevant registration.
• Experience leading a nursery or outdoor education setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework and child observation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the nursery daily operations and ensure high quality outdoor learning.
• Deliver the curriculum with Lead Educators and supervise Camp Leads.
• Coach Educators, guide observation of children’s progress and tailor approaches.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and communicate effectively.

As the Nursery Manager at our Guildford nursery you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

Working closely with a supportive Operations team your role is designed to focus on the delivering of our owlstanding education.
