Job summary

Outdoor Owls Ltd is seeking a Nursery Assistant to help create extraordinary outdoor learning experiences in our forest nurseries. The role operates with 2-5 day week options and shifts from 11am to 2pm.

No Early Years qualification is required, and you will be joining a supportive team committed to outdoor education. You will facilitate outdoor play in all weather, create a safe and inclusive environment, respond to children’s needs, and work with colleagues to maintain a positive team culture.

As a Nursery Assistant you will be working with our supportive and passionate team creating our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
