Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is hiring a Posting & Cleaning Operative to join our field team in the Leicester area. You will post adverts and clean shelters as part of a two-week rhythm, working around Birmingham and Leicester with a fully expensed company van.

This full-time outdoor role offers 40-hour weeks with flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and a strong benefits package including bonuses and a pension.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK driving licence (no more than 3 points).
• Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Post adverts to high standard and ensure council bus shelters are clean.
• Manage dedicated posting and cleaning round in Birmingham and Leicester areas.
• Work up to 40 hours per week with a simple cyclical rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning.
