Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Maintenance Assistant at Manor Park, Hunstanton, Norfolk, United Kingdom to help maintain our holiday park facilities and outdoor spaces. The role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £25,701.

You will perform general maintenance, groundswork and minor repairs, with weekend/evening shifts as required. The position includes training and opportunities across our 65 parks and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with groundskeeping and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, handyperson and grounds duties (mowing, painting, fencing, landscaping, minor repairs).
• Keep outdoor areas tidy and safe (pruning, litter-picking, jet washing, pothole repairs).
• Use job management system to schedule and track owner jobs and fleet repairs.
• Ensure flower beds are well presented and planted areas maintained, including weeding and planting.
• Assist with moving and siting of holiday homes and pitch tidies.
• Work independently and with the team to complete tasks to high standards.
