Job summary

Parkdean Resorts in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant to keep our parks running smoothly. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping tasks across the park, from plumbing to refurbishment of holiday homes.

You will work both independently and in a team, use the ParkSmart system to manage jobs, and assist other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance or trades.
• Ability to perform a wide range of tasks and minor repairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across the park.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Maintain tools and workshop areas safely.
• Support other park departments with maintenance needs.
• Prepare holiday homes for sale and site readiness.
• Complete snagging, inspections, and repairs on fixtures and plumbing.
• Assist with pitch tidies and moving holiday homes as required.
• Maintain outdoor spaces including grass, hedges, and litter picking.
