Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Maintenance Assistant (MA1) at one of our UK parks. You’ll carry out general maintenance, groundskeeping, and small repairs to keep facilities safe and inviting for guests. The role involves outdoor work in all weather, using hand and power tools, and coordinating with managers to complete tasks to a high standard.

A full UK driving licence is required. Weekend work and bank holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in groundskeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for long periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, handyperson, and grounds duties (mowing, painting, fencing, landscaping, minor repairs).
• Keep outdoor areas tidy, safe, and attractive (pruning, litter picking, jet washing, pothole repairs).
• Use job management system to schedule, track, and complete owner jobs and fleet repairs.
