Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of maintenance, grounds, compliance, and health and safety regulations.
• Good IT literacy.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing).
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of maintenance professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, trust and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and team briefings to ensure engagement and efficiency.
• Coordinate with park leadership to ensure maintenance supports a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of facilities, accommodation, infrastructure and grounds.
• Ensure tasks are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Manage the maintenance budget including labour, stock levels, and procurement.
• Maintain records of works and compliance checks.
• Liaise with external contractors to meet health and safety and high standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and lead on key inspections.
• Recruit, onboard and train new colleagues.
• Ensure the safe moving and siting of holiday homes.
