TeacherActive are working with a beautiful Sittingbourne nursery to appoint a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. The role is full-time and long-term with an immediate start, delivering engaging activities both indoors and outdoors to support Early Years development.

You will promote outdoor learning and child-led exploration, follow the EYFS framework, and work as part of a proactive, friendly team. A passion for encouraging children to explore through play is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Early Years qualification and EYFS knowledge.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's development.
• Passion for outdoor learning and child-led exploration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support children across the Early Years, indoors and outdoors, promoting learning through play.
• Help every child reach their full potential.
• Deliver engaging activities that stimulate exploration and development.

• Support safeguarding and DBS compliance as required.
