Job summary

Willingcare is recruiting a Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner for a vibrant Wantage-based nursery that prioritises an outstanding outdoor learning environment. The role is full-time, all year round, with a competitive salary up to £28,000 and generous benefits.

You will deliver warm, high-quality care in your designated room, plan EYFS activities, observe development and share progress with families, and contribute to a nurturing team culture.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Warm, nurturing approach with passion for child development.
• Embraces outdoor learning and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, high-quality care and EYFS education in your room.
• Make use of the outdoor space to enrich learning.
• Plan and run age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS.
• Observe development and share progress with families.
• Build secure relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
